Step 1: Start in the Middle (2 min)
What do people actually pay you for? Not your full offer suite. The thing someone says yes to today.
Step 2: Map the Left Side (3 min) How do people get there? The real path—not the ideal one:
- They found me through…
- Then they engaged with…
- Then they decided to reach out because…
Step 3: Map the Right Side (3 min) Now the part almost no one has designed. After someone says yes:
- What happens immediately?
- What happens after delivery?
- Is there a clear path to continue, deepen, or expand?
If your answer is “it depends”… That’s not flexibility. That’s the gap.
Step 4: Connect It (2 min) Look at what you just mapped: Left → Middle → Right
