Design Your Trajectory This 3-part framework reveals exactly where friction hides and how to fix it.
Direction — What You Want Your vision is your true north. It’s the reason your business exists and the destination every strategy, hire, and initiative should serve. But vision drifts quietly over time. Markets evolve. You evolve. The question is: Does your current strategy still move you toward what you actually want or just what used to make sense? When direction is unclear, even high performance feels hollow. Alignment restores meaning to your momentum.
Design — What’s Sustainable Your capacity is your engine. It’s the time, structure, and systems that make success repeatable instead of reactive. The best strategies collapse if they rely on heroic effort instead of reliable design. If you’re adding effort faster than you’re adding infrastructure, you’ve found your constraint. A sustainable design doesn’t just support growth, it multiplies it by turning chaos into rhythm. The goal isn’t to run harder. It’s to engineer leverage.
Demand — What’s Market-Validated Your opportunity is where your capability meets the market’s urgency. The most elegant offer still fails if it solves a problem your audience no longer cares about. Demand shifts fast, often faster than founders notice. Ask yourself: Has your offer evolved with your buyers, or are you optimizing an outdated problem? Staying market-validated means letting the data, not nostalgia, drive your evolution.
When these three align, you stop guessing your next move, you engineer progress on purpose. You’re not chasing opportunity; you’re shaping it. Each decision compounds instead of competes. Anything outside that alignment bleeds energy. It slows momentum and clouds what actually matters.
