Data tells you what matters. Design turns it into something that scales.

The Outcome Architecture Framework (OAF)

A 3-step system to transform insight into implementation

1. Distill the Pattern
   Review your client intelligence notes. Highlight repeating themes, not one-off stories. Patterns reveal scalable problems.

2. Define the Desired Result
   Translate each theme into a measurable outcome.
   Example: “Confused onboarding” → “Clients onboarded in under 7 days with full clarity.”

3. Design the System that Delivers It
   Map each desired outcome to a business system:

   • Revenue Systems create predictable growth

   • Delivery Systems create consistent results

   • Operational Systems create sustainable pace
