This Week’s Shift: Expose & Eliminate the Hidden Time Traps

Here’s how to start cutting the invisible work that’s killing your scale:

1. Track the Untrackable

   → Keep a “shadow log” for 48 hours. Write down every single thing you do — including switching apps, responding to DMs, and solving surprise problems.

2. Name It to Claim It

   → Label each task:

   • 🧠 Strategic (CEO work)
   • 🛠 Operational (manager/doer work)
   • 🤯 Invisible (unexpected or unplanned)

3. Find Your Pattern

   → What’s repeating?

   → What shouldn’t you be doing at all?

   → What could be solved with a system?

4. Systemize the Repeats

   → Use Loom, Notion, or a template to create a simple SOP

   → Assign it, automate it, or delete it
